Personal Brand and Influencing for Impact
This session aims to help people wanting to build profile, positive reputation, impact and influence within their role.
• Understand how their internal brand determines their ability to have impact whilst understanding the key elements that make up a person’s internal brand at work.
• They will understand the unique resources and capabilities they have within them – who they are when they are their very best, most impactful influential version. Most importantly, they will develop strategies to be this person in their role.
