International Student Visa Compliance Training

This session will be run by the Student Visa Compliance team with input from the International Advice Team to develop attendees’ understanding of the journey International Students will follow and how different study points may impact on their visa conditions.

This will include recruitment and enrolment, attendance monitoring and authorised absence, transfers, interruptions and withdrawals

It will also cover placement, resits, visa extensions, graduate route visa and the support available for students.

This session will cover the requirements the University must meet to maintain the Student Sponsor license that enables us to teach international students.

This will include University policies, student working, UK visas and immigration audit and support for staff.
