Customer Service Skills

This workshop aims to prepare participants with the skills required in order to establish excellent customer service within their role. The workshop will cover: ways of creating a positive and welcoming first impression, telephone or online calls best practice, being aware of making assumptions, understanding prerequisites of good customer service, understanding body language of our customers and our own.

The workshop will also look at effective forms of communication, active listening, building empathy and rapport and finally looking at steps to diffuse a customer’s anger.
