University Intellectual Property & Spinout Policy Overview

The core activities of universities, teaching and research involves intellectual creativity. This creativity is intellectual property and can and should be protected by intellectual property rights for both societal impact and commercial benefit. This presentation will provide an overview how Lincoln manages its intellectual assets created by its employees and students.
