Active Bystander

 posted by | 17/01/2024

This is a mandatory workshop to enable participants to develop skills that can be used to address inappropriate behaviours in the workplace if seen, witnessed or experienced.

This workshop will help staff to recognise inappropriate behaviours ie: bullying and harassment, sexual harassment, and other unacceptable and discriminatory behaviours and importantly how to safely, confidently and effectively take steps to address them through a range of Active Bystander techniques and tools that will be shared during the workshop.

The workshop will identify and challenge various forms of bullying and harassment in the workplace, know how to access support in-line with policies and procedures and how to be an active bystander when you see or witness inappropriate behaviours.
