Plastics: Sustainability in Health & Environmental Systems Workshop

This research workshop will take place on Monday 5 February, featuring a talk from Professor Mahmood Bhutta on his recent paper, ‘Environmental & labour harms from healthcare supply chains’.

The workshop will be held in MB3201, Minerva Building.

There will also be discussions relating to plastics and healthcare from researchers across the University.

Workshop schedule:
• 1pm – 1.45pm – Environmental & labour harms from healthcare supply chains
• 1.45pm – 2pm – Tea/coffee break
• 2pm – 3.30pm – Plastic perspectives: Perspectives from a range of researchers working on plastics research in law, science, and policy. 5-10 minute mini papers followed by discussions
• 3.30 – 4pm – Next  steps with colleagues
