Friday 12 April 10 am to 2.30 pm Brayford Campus, (room will be confirmed to participants)
Organiser: EDI-CoASSH Committee, University of Lincoln.
This workshop is open to academics and postgraduate research students at the CoASSH-University of Lincoln. Participants will be able to explore ways in which to embed EDI themes into research projects. The workshop will begin with presentations in the morning by four experienced researchers, namely, Professor Suzanne Glisby (Education), Dr Kristy Warren (Humanities & Heritage), Professor Heather Hughes (LIBS) and Dr Sureyya Sonmez Efe (Social&Political Sciences). The abstracts of their presentations are found on the registration link below.
In the afternoon participants will be able to work and discuss their draft or planned research projects with peers and speakers. In preparation for the workshop, we will ask participants to provide an abstract for the research project they are working on or would like to develop, the main motivation to join the workshop and the potential funding body they have identified.
