Law professor delivers keynote in Bosnia

Professor Kim Barker delivered a keynote speech at the invitation of the Council of Europe on the issue of Digital Forms of Violence against Women in Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina in late April 2024.

Kim recently drafted the first ever European best practice guidelines on investigating and prosecuting digital violence against women, and the keynote introduced these to an invited audience of law enforcement officers, government representatives, charities, gender equality experts, and non-governmental organisations from across Bosnia and Herzegovina.
