The University’s outplacement support package is in place to assist our colleagues who are leaving the University through our current voluntary severance and redundancy schemes. Outplacement support can help you navigate the job market, secure new employment opportunities, and successfully take your next steps, wherever they may lead.

Our outplacement support package is split into the following categories and further details will be added onto the Outplacement portal page as they come available.

Wellbeing
Financial Support
Digital Technology
Careers Information & Support
Development Opportunities

A tailored event will take place on Friday 21 June, from 11am until 2pm in the Minerva Building, in room MB3201. At the event there will be stands and presentations to provide support on careers, mental and financial wellbeing, development, benefits and pensions. Local employers including ULHT, Lincoln College, Adecco, Lincolnshire Co-op, Lincolnshire Police, University of Hull, Derby University and Bishop Grosseteste will all have stands to discuss potential new opportunities. This event will be open to anyone with a future leaving date and is also open to any colleagues leaving before the event date on the Friday 21 June.
