Moving through Menopause – FREE dance workshops
Few places remaining – book now to avoid disappointment!
Tessa Palfrey, Senior Lecturer in Dance in LSCA will be running FREE creative dance workshops at the university this summer as part of a research project with Roehampton University. The project will run for 8 connective weeks and workshops are aimed at people in the menopausal transition, to investigate some of the social benefits of dance – no experience needed, and it will be a lot of fun!
If you would like to attend, please discuss this with your line manager in the first instance to make them aware that you will be attending the dance workshop and also agree some time to allow you to eat your lunch as well.
The workshops will commence on Wednesday 24 July, 12pm – 1pm for 8 weeks and will take place in Studio 3, Lincoln Arts Centre.
If you would like to register your interest or would like to discuss this in more detail, please drop an email to Tpalfrey@Lincoln.ac.uk
