We are proud to be hosting a talk with ANDYSMANCLUB – the men’s suicide prevention charity who are helping end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health through the power of conversation #ITSOKAYTOTALK

This information session is open to ALL, not just men, however you must be aged 18 years and over.

You will hear from Sean Gill, Senior Project Development Champion at Andy’s Man Club. Sean will talk frankly and honestly about mental health, about the storms in life and negative times, and he will be including his own personal experiences with suicide, and how Andy’s Man Club has supported him and thousands of others.

Sean’s talk will focus on raising awareness, and spreading the word about Andy’s Man Club, what they do and how they want to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health by creating judgement-free, confidential spaces where men can be open and know #ITSOKAYTOTALK

Andy’s Man Club’s goal is to provide support to #THATONEMAN in his time of need and help him see that his tomorrow can be better than his today.

Date: Wednesday 10 July
Time: 3.30pm – 4.30pm with time for Q&As afterwards
Venue: Jackson Lecture Theatre (MB0603), Minerva Building, Brayford Campus
