Give Back Days

Have you been considering giving your time to support a local charity or community project? Did you know that colleagues can have up to two days paid leave a year to do this, via the University’s Give Back Day scheme?

Colleagues can choose to use their Give Back Day either on an individual basis or as part of a team.

Examples of how Give Back Days can be used:
– Duke of Edinburgh leader
– Scout/Brownie leader
– Volunteering at a local kitchen for the homeless
– Participating in arranged activities at Riseholme, such as bulb planting or lambing
– Volunteering at an animal shelter
