Updates to University Systems to Reflect School Structure Changes
System changes to reflect the new academic structures will take place from 1 August to coincide with the financial and academic system roll-overs.
Following consultation with College and Professional Services teams, work has been undertaken by the University’s Digital Services team with service owners and support staff to make the transition as smooth as possible and minimise any ‘downstream’ impacts across interconnected university systems.
A wide range of systems have been scoped through stakeholder meetings led by Digital Services colleagues, including PPC databases, finance, student management, P&BI reporting, academic programme management, library, and research systems. The university website will also be updated to reflect the new structures.
Please be aware that some systems will take time to refresh or will be dependent on other linked systems, so it may be several days until all connected systems reflect the new structures in full.
