Communicating Well

 posted by | 06/09/2024

The Communicating Well session, held on Thursday 3 October, is for anyone wishing to unlock better communication, relationship and understanding with colleagues.

This session aims to help delegates understand the reality of communication and how to communicate well – a way that is flexible, builds understanding and builds rapport with others.

Delegates will:
– Understand how communication really works between people and what happens when people communicate well. They’ll understand how humans create meaning within their mind, the language that they use and how to utilise this heightened awareness day to day.
– They’ll build a simple set of communication skills that come from the world of coaching and NLP – skills that help them demonstrate understanding, be understood and build rapport with others.
– They’ll equip themselves with heightened, attuned listening skills and understand the power of this technique in ensuring their communication is being received as they intended.
