Opportunity to mentor University of Lincoln students

The Careers & Employability Team are seeking mentors to provide support to students through our online mentoring platform.

The University platform, Lincoln Connect, provides a space for students to seek advice from graduates, staff, and employers from various industries and backgrounds. The mentoring is informal, meaning there is no commitment to regular meetings. Instead, you will be contacted on an ad hoc basis by students and can fit the mentoring around your availability.

Mentoring can help students:
· Explore their options for the future
· Gain insights into different roles and industries
· Develop their communications skills and grow their professional network
· Increase their confidence
