Project Management – An Introduction
This session will be held at Lawress Hall on Tuesday 3 December from 9.30am – 4.30pm.
It aims to provide an understanding of the project management lifecycle and provide key tools and techniques that can be used to succeed in project delivery. By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to define a project, understand the stages of a project process, understand the activities that take place in each stage and why they are required. It will also provide knowledge of the tools available to assist at each of the stages and practical exercises to put learning into practice.
