LIBS research paper wins conference prize

A paper submitted by Dr Barry Ardley, a LIBS visiting fellow, has won a conference prize. The paper examines SME innovation strategy and was jointly authored with Professor Lee Quinn of Coventry University, and Sanngarri Naikar (MBA Lincoln) a business consultant.

The paper ‘The Role of Tacit Knowledge and Entrepreneurialism in SME Strategy Creation’ was awarded best paper prize in the Entrepreneurial Practitioner Learning track at the Institute of Small Business and Entrepreneurship annual conference, hosted by Sheffield Hallam University.

The conference ran from Tuesday 5 – Thursday 7 November, and brought together policy makers, researchers and practitioners from around the world.
