Doctoral School PGR Research Showcase 2025

The Doctoral School would like to invite you to attend our annual Doctoral School Postgraduate Research Showcase 2025, which will take place on the Tuesday 25 and Wednesday 26 February 2025.

The Conference is a great opportunity for students to discuss and promote their research, as well as meet and network with other researchers from across the university.

During the showcase, selected PGRs will give a ten minute online presentation, present a poster, or take part in the Three Minute Thesis (3MT) Competition, where participants will present their thesis topic in just three minutes. The conference aims to cover a broad range of subject areas. Submissions for alternative modes (e.g. performance, spoken word, etc.) of presentations are also welcome. There will be awards for the best poster, best presentation, and best Three Minute Thesis presentation.

Booking your place

The conference will mostly take place online, with just the poster competition providing a networking opportunity on campus. It will all be free to attend.

The booking link and joining instructions, will be circulated closer to the event.
