New training modules available to book

The Organisational Development & Talent team are pleased to announce the release of 120 new online modules designed to enhance your learning experience! These bitesize modules cover a wide range of topics and are crafted to complement our existing training courses, offering a more blended approach to training delivery.

These online modules are fully accessible, which means you can complete them on any device, whether you’re on campus or working remotely.
These modules can be easily navigated and the front page of the Learning Management System will guide you to all available content.

We have also added some brand-new topic areas which include:
• Management & Leadership: Including a series of ‘First Time Leader’ modules to support new managers.
• Change Management
• Project Management
• Wellbeing
• Coaching & Mentoring
• Transferable Skills

The Career Pathways development tool will soon be getting an update to reflect these changes. This tool helps colleagues at grades 3-10 find appropriate development opportunities to help support their career progression and performance.
