Language Exchange Initiative for Students (LEXIS)

posted by Olivia Warbey | 14/03/2025

The Language Exchange Initiative for Students (LEXIS) run by the International College is a semi-structured scheme for international and home students to share insights into their language and culture. With the support of International College training and resources, students can apply to be matched with a language exchange partner. Students can develop valuable skills through this experience: as well as language learning, students will build cross-cultural awareness, communication skills, confidence, interpersonal skills and problem-solving. It’s free, fun and might create a life-long love of languages!

Please feel free to learn more about the initiative via the link below and please share with any students that you think might be interested.
