PDR Reviewer and Reviewee Training

PDR Reviewer and PDR Reviewee training is now available to book via My View and is aimed at supporting the conversational aspect of the PDR scheme.

For Reviewers, the training is focused on making conversations count, conducting effective PDRs and the performance progress ratings.

Dates currently available are:
Tuesday 15 April – 10.30am – 12.30pm – Brayford Campus
Thursday 24 April – 10am – 12pm – Lawress Hall
Monday 28 April – 10am – 12pm – Brayford campus
Thursday 8 May – 1.30pm – 3.30pm – Brayford Campus
Thursday 15 May – 9.30am – 11.30am – Riseholme Campus

For Reviewees, focusing on making the most of their PDR, understanding the ratings and maximising the benefits.

Dates currently available are:
Wednesday 4 June – 10.30am – 12pm – Lawress Hall
Thursday 19 June – 2pm – 3.30pm – Brayford campus
Tuesday 1 July – 2pm – 3.30pm – Brayford Campus
Monday 16 July – 10am – 11.30am – Lawress Hall
