Research study supporting emerging female academics

Are you ready to grow in academia?

We’re excited to announce that applications are now open for the GROW Project – a unique opportunity designed to empower emerging female academics to take their careers to the next level.

We are seeking emerging female academics who meet the following criteria:
– Appointed on a permanent or fixed-term contract at a higher education institution – in a junior lecturer or lecturer position
– Five years or less of experience in academia
– Two or fewer research publications
– One or no conference oral presentations
– Line manager’s consent and support to participate in the programme
– Line manager’s funding commitment (for two events and travelling costs)
– Seeking to elevate your career to the next level (i.e., promotion, leadership role, enhanced research profile)
– Willing to participate in all the interventions (i.e., online workshops)
– Complete before and after intervention activities (i.e., submit a portfolio of evidence at the end of the project)
