World Day of Prayer on Friday 6th March 2020.

The local service is 10.30am, Holy Cross Church, Skellingthorpe Road, Lincoln, LN6 7RB. Every year, some Christian women from one country write a service for the World Day of Prayer. This year’s service is written by the women of Zimbabwe, on the theme of “Rise! Take your mat and walk”. The service addresses issues that are close to the hearts of Zimbabwean women. Everyone is welcome – just turn up!

If any women from the University would like to help us by doing a reading during the service, they would be very welcome. Readers can volunteer by contacting Angela on 07754 926935 or angelamorfett@gmail.com. A rehearsal is planned for Friday 28th February at 10.30am.
