Virtual Running Club Continues
With increased popularity and engagement the University of Lincoln Running Club takes place every Monday and Thursday evening virtually from 6:30pm. These groups and sessions are designed to meet all exercise needs, so whether you’re starting your fitness journey or are an experienced runner or exerciser we can cater for abilities.
All sessions have a positive, social and engaging feel so why not give a session a go. Monday and Thursday sessions are at 6:30pm and our Friday Early Bird session at 7:30am. Each session lasts for 45 minutes. All you need is Microsoft Teams and 4G and a phone or device and you are set to go! To get involved or for more information please email wpoole@lincoln.ac.uk
