Food Labelling & Nutritional Information Survey

Daniel Ogundijo, a PhD student at the National Centre for Food Manufacturing, NCFM (Holbeach campus),

would like to invite you to please take part in a study on consumer knowledge and the use of nutrition labels in making healthier food choices in the UK.

The research seeks to investigate how informed decisions on food, nutrition and health are made via nutrition labelling.

The questionnaire will take you 10 – 15 minutes to complete. Your answers in this survey are anonymous and will be kept confidential; they will only be used for academic purposes.
