2022 University of Lincoln All-Staff Survey

posted by Tim Marks | 08/07/2022

With the recent consultations on the new strategic plan this is an opportune time to hold the all-staff survey. Feedback from the survey combined with actions highlighted through the strategic plan consultation will enable us to work together to ensure success for the University.

The results of this survey will help the Senior Leadership Team understand more about your experience of working at the organisation and what you think we could be doing differently, or better.

By asking you to share your views in an anonymous survey, it provides the opportunity to hear from a significant number of people. A strong response rate means we can be confident that we are hearing a meaningful representation.

How the survey works

We understand that colleagues want to ensure confidentiality in their responses and comments and that they cannot be individually identified, therefore the staff survey will operate on what is termed the “rule of ten”, meaning any department results for groups of less than 10 people are “rolled up” and included in a higher level grouping to ensure anonymity for individuals.

The results will be shared with the Senior Leadership Team. Institutional-level results will be shared with all staff via the HR website. Heads of School and Divisional Directors will be provided with their local results to share and discuss with their team. Action plans will be created at institutional and local level to address issues raised through the survey.

The survey will take no longer than 20 minutes to complete and can be accessed via the link here https://forms.office.com/r/PmE33LWp9R

The deadline for completion of the survey is Friday 5 August 2022.
