This workshop is to provide a working knowledge and practical application of the University of Lincoln’s recruitment and selection process.

The aims of the session are to:

  • Understand the Recruitment & Selection cycle from start to finish
  • How to develop job descriptions, person specifications and adverts that ensure you recruit the most suitable person to support the University’s strategic plan
  • How to successfully short list
  • Interviewing techniques and questions.

This session is suitable for anyone who is currently taking part in the process, whether they are panel chairs or panel members.
