University of Lincoln’s Ambassador for the Association of Commonwealth Universities

An Associate Professor of LIBS, Dr. Mahfuzur Rahman, has been appointed as the University of Lincoln’s ambassador for the Association of Commonwealth Universities by the VC- Professor Neal Juster.

He has supervised commonwealth scholars both at doctoral and post-doctoral level. Dr. Rahman is also an adviser to the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission, UK.

Dr Rahman commented, “I am privileged to work with the Commonwealth Commission to achieve the strategic plan- ‘The Road to 2030’ where we believe that global challenges can only be solved through international collaboration, and our collective commitment to achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through higher education”.
