Academic Paper Published in the Studies in Higher Education Journal

Dr Dieu Hack-Polay and Dr Mahfuzur Rahman from the Lincoln International Business School have recently published their paper ‘Gender and Leadership in Public Higher Education in South Asia: Examining the Individual, Socio-cultural and Organizational Barriers to Female Inclusion’ in the Studies in Higher Education journal (ABS 3*).

Dr Rahman commented: “Academic institutions all over the world are still unsure of the best ways to address the gender imbalance, although it has been decades since the issue was first brought to light”.
