There are still places left to join the team and entry has been opened up to partners, spouses and family members of our staff and students, so please share the information below and get them signed up by this Friday!

As with 2021’s 10K, a Team Challenge running shirt, VIP hospitality and a finisher’s package, including medal, finisher’s t-shirt (which this year, in the interest of sustainability, will be optional) and goodie bag, are all included! Further information, including the route map, can be found here: https://www.runforall.com/events/10k/city-of-lincoln-10k/

This year, we are asking all team entrants to make a small donation (£5 suggested minimum)* to our fundraising page – https://givestar.io/gs/FDIWKQD – which is raising money for BRIT and

The Bromhead Medical Charity Lincoln. Both charities support the mental wellbeing of individuals; ensuring they can access support as quickly as possible.

If you’d like to join the team, please sign up by by Friday 24th March providing your details and confirmation of your donation here: https://forms.office.com/e/E7eJumLNQv

Shortly after signing up, we will provide you with a link to complete your registration, so please keep an eye out for further instructions, so that your race number can be sent to you in good time.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Jo Hinman by email or: johinman@lincoln.ac.uk

For those who would like some help training to run the 10K, our Wellbeing Coach, Ian Eassom, is running a weekly ‘Couch to 10K’ session to help people of all abilities achieve their goal of crossing the 10km finishing line. The group meets every Thursday at 5:30pm at the Sports Centre. For more information contact staffwellbeing@lincoln.ac.uk

We look forward to seeing you at the start line!

* Please note that it will not be possible to refund donations if you are later unable to take part for any reason.
