Recruitment & Selection Workshop – 28th September

Aim of the session is to provide a working knowledge and practical application of the University of Lincoln’s recruitment and selection process

By the end of the session, you will:

• Understand the Recruitment & Selection cycle from start to finish.
• Know how to develop job descriptions/person specifications and adverts that ensure you recruit the most suitable person in support of the University’s strategic plan.
• Know how to successfully shortlist.
• Know interviewing techniques and questions to ensure you recruit the most suitable person for the vacancy.

There are two sessions running on the 28th September 2015; 9.00-12.30 and 1.00-4.30
