Virtual Town Hall Meeting for all staff – Thursday (1 Feb) 12.30pm
Vice Chancellor Professor Neal Juster will host a Virtual Town Hall Meeting for all staff on Thursday (1 February) from 12.30pm.
The focus will be the growing financial pressures facing the University and the UK higher education sector and how we can best respond, including the need to make significant cost savings in 2024/25.
Colleagues from all areas of the University are invited to attend. A link to the Microsoft Teams meeting will be available on Thursday from this page of the Strategy Hub intranet site.
There will be opportunities to ask questions in a Q&A session with members of the Senior Leadership Team. Colleagues can also submit questions (anonymously if they wish) during the event or in advance using the feedback form on the Strategy Hub site. The meeting will be recorded and published later for those that cannot attend.
This will be the first in a number of engagement events for colleagues to ask questions and suggest ideas as we respond to the financial pressures affecting the University and the wider UK higher education sector.
