Weekly Online Yoga Sessions
Every Monday
There are weekly online yoga sessions which happen every Monday lunchtime, available free of charge to all colleagues.
Join our qualified yoga instructor, John, and take time out of your usual working day to move your body, stretch and release tension, and clear and steady the mind.
The session is suitable for all levels and no experience is necessary.
Classes take place every Monday via Zoom from 12.15 – 1pm.
