Colleague Social Cycle – National Mental Health Awareness Week 2024

It is National Mental Health Awareness Week during 13 – 19 May 2024 and the theme is Movement: Moving more for our Mental Health.

As well as our usual social activities we are inviting colleagues to join us for a Social Cycle on Wednesday 15 May.

Meeting point: At the top of the flyover bridge by the traffic lights
Meeting time: 5:15pm
Destination: Harby– refreshments/food stop along the route (TBC)
Duration: 2.5 – 3 hours
Ability level: All – the route is along the old rail way track/turned official cycle route with only a slight part of the journey on the road.

Please bring your own bike, helmet and water and wear appropriate clothing.

Staff are responsible for ensuring their own safety, and should check their bicycle is in a working condition before setting off.
