University Academic Structure Changes – Digital Services

 posted by | 17/07/2024

In line with upcoming changes to our academic structure, Digital Services must ensure the University’s digital systems align with the new school’s structure before the 2024/25 academic year starts.

To achieve this, Digital Services has been collaborating with a range of colleagues across the University to prepare for the changes to our digital systems, ahead of the transition on Thursday 1 August. The changes will affect several systems, including:

– Student Management Systems

– Finance Systems

– Research and Quality Management Systems

– PPC Systems

Please note that it may take a few days for these changes to be fully integrated across all our University digital systems. Some systems may need some manual intervention during this period of adjustment. Digital Services is working with colleagues to make the process as smooth as possible and we appreciate everyone’s support during this time.

Over the coming weeks, Digital Services will follow up with further updates as milestones are reached. In the meantime, if you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with the DT Service Desk via the email dt@lincoln.ac.uk.
