Improv for Wellbeing Workshop

2 OCT
 posted by

This workshop is for anyone struggling with living in the now, embracing failure, or just letting go. While improvisation is commonly considered a performance art, the games and techniques it employs can also be used to tackle stress, develop connections, and bolster self-esteem. Applied improvisation is also used in consulting, training, and teaching across various fields including business, healthcare, and disaster management.

Please come along if you’re interested in exploring improv and what it can do for you. Please note that no one will be expected to do any exercises on their own, and making mistakes will be actively encouraged!

Date: Wednesday 2 October
Time: 11.30am – 12.30pm
Location: Studio X, Lincoln Arts Centre

The workshop is free, but booking is required. For more information please see our website: https://lincolnartscentre.co.uk/event/improv-for-wellbeing/.
