Notice of Elections to Academic Board 2024-25

The Academic Board is pleased to invite colleagues to stand for election to the following vacancies:

– 4 x members of academic staff, elected by and from the College of Arts, Social Sciences and Humanities academic community
– 3 x members of academic staff, elected by and from the College of Health and Science academic community (noting there is one further post, currently occupied until 31/7/25)
– 5 x members of academic staff, elected by and from the whole academic community
– 1 x members of professional services staff, elected by and from the whole professional services community

Academic Board is the academic authority of the University, overseeing education, teaching and research, and the academic quality and standards of the organisation.

Nominations are now open, and will close at 11pm on Sunday 6 October 2024.
