Due to a low volume of submissions, the Open Access Showcase, originally scheduled to be held in the University Library’s Freezone (UL001) this week has been postponed.

We are grateful to participants who took the time to enter their contributions and apologise for any inconvenience caused. Further updates will be shared soon.

In the meantime, colleagues from the Library and Research Data and Systems teams have been working together to build a new Scholarly Communications Blog, in place of the former Scholarly Communications Newsletter (https://scholarlycommunications.blogs.lincoln.ac.uk/). To celebrate International Open Access Week, we will be launching the site and adding daily content, alongside hosting a suite of topical webinars (https://calendars.library.lincoln.ac.uk/calendar/events?cid=674&t=d&d=0000-00-00&cal=674&inc=0).

In place of the prizegiving session, The Repository Team will instead be running an Open Access and Repository Drop-in on Wednesday 23 October, between 11.30am and 4.30pm, in the Freezone.
