This session will look at the EQ Quadrants and the underpinning competencies and priorities, as well as looking at how managers can understand Emotional Intelligence in more detail and how this can play a part in being an effective manager. The session also includes reflective practice providing an opportunity for managers to consider how they are implement strategies and techniques for being more emotionally intelligent.
