Vice Chancellor Visits the Selborne Team at Britannia Royal Naval College
On Wednesday 13 November, Vice Chancellor Professor Neal Juster and DVC (Regional Engagement) Julian Free CBE visited the University’s Maritime Studies Centre at Britannia Royal Naval College, Dartmouth.
They were hosted by commanding officer, Captain Andy Bray Royal Navy, Selborne Programme Director, Heber Ackland MVO, and new Director of Academic Studies, Dr Anna Brinkman, who has recently joined the University from Kings College London.

The visitors were welcomed upon a ‘Vahana’ craft by Royal Navy junior officers under training who use these vessels to undertake their professional navigation training, which they conduct at the same time as studying with the University towards a Foundation Degree in Maritime Studies.
