LIBS Community Christmas Fair for Lincoln Foodbank

The Lincoln International Business School held a Community Christmas Fair on Thursday 5 December in the David Chiddick Building.

The LIBs Admin team together with staff and students had a number of stalls selling crafts and festive bakes – and we also had the Reuse2Reduce team with a table of donated items available to take away and recycle. The LIBs Admin team raised a fabulous sum of £389.10 – thanks go out to everyone who supported us on the day and for all the generous donations. Also around £150 of tinned and other food items were also donated leading up to the Christmas Fair which was delivered to the Lincoln Foodbank ahead of Christmas to provide some much needed assistance to local people ahead of the festive period.

The LIBs Admin Team have raised £1,000 for charities over recent months – MacMillan, Student Minds and Lincoln Foodbank – and plan some more charity fundraising events in 2025!
