Inspire Programme

We would like to invite expressions of interest for our revised Inspire Programme. Inspire is a positive action leadership development programme, aimed at improving representation of colleagues from minoritised groups including, but not limited to, ethnicity, sexual orientation, neurodiversity, and religion.

It is designed to support participants currently working at grade 5 or above with their leadership skills to develop their careers, whilst providing the university with outstanding, inclusive leaders of the future who can influence change within the wider HE sector.

The course comprises of four full training days delivered over a four-month period under the following headings.
• Understanding Yourself – Monday 3 February 2025
• Understanding the Organisation – Monday 3 March 2025
• Building Powerful Relationships – Monday 24 March 2025
• Speaking With Confidence – Monday 14 April 2025
