National Apprenticeship Week 2025
National Apprenticeship Week (NAW) runs from 10 February to 16 February and is a week-long celebration of the positive impact that apprenticeships have.Â
The University is currently supporting 872 apprentices, some of which are employees who are currently developing within their role.Â
The theme for this year’s NAW, is ‘Skills for Life’, and encourages everyone to consider and celebrate how apprenticeships and skills help individuals develop rewarding careers and enables employers to develop a workforce with future-ready skills.Â
The Organisational Development Team have collated a range of employee apprenticeships we have to offer https://hr-internal.blogs.lincoln.ac.uk/employee-apprenticeship/. On this blog site, you can also view apprenticeship achievements.
During National Apprenticeship Week, the Organisational Development and Talent Team will be offering lunchtime drop-in sessions to support any questions about apprenticeships and funding, from 12pm-1pm, Monday to Friday (10 – 16 February).Â
To request a link to your preferred session, contact od@lincoln.ac.uk and specify which session you’d like to drop into.Â
