Annual Academic Planning Review 

The AAPR system is now live and available for the 2025/2026 cycle. The AAPR is for academic and research staff and provides a framework through which achievements may be recognised, priorities and objectives set for the forthcoming year, workload allocated, and further development planned, to the mutual benefit of individuals and the University.

The system is available here and the guidance is available here. Academic colleagues may have received information regarding this year’s scheme directly from their Head of School/Department.

The deadline for all AAPRs (the conversational element and the online form capture) to be completed will have been set at School level however official reporting will be taken at the end of October 2025.

The HoS/D will have reviewed the pairings for the AAPRs and have made amends to any reviewers within the system.
