Mindfulness – Beginners Course
Heard good things about Mindfulness and want to know more?
The beginners course will be running on Mondays 12:30 – 1:00pm and will include the following:
29 April MB2306 – ’The present moment’ – What is Mindfulness?
13 May MB2206 – ‘Developing a practice’ – How do we benefit from Mindfulness?
20 May MB2206 – ’Awareness of the body’ – How do we experience ourselves?
3 June MB2301 – ‘Awareness of the mind’ – Can we stop thinking?
10 June MB2301 – ‘Compassion’ – What difference does attitude make?
17 June MB2301 – ‘Acceptance’ – How do we deal with resistance?
No need to book. Don’t worry if you cannot make all the sessions – come to the ones you can make.
