Professional Services’ Internal Customer Service Survey – Academics’ Feedback

The next round of the University’s Internal Customer Service Survey launches in June and University College academic staff are invited to take part (Professional Services staff will be invited to complete the survey in July/August).

Over the past two years Professional Services departments have used feedback from the survey to enhance customer service provision, in line with the University’s commitment to developing a workforce of “dynamic, engaged people”.

The surveys will ask both academic and Professional Services staff to provide feedback on customer service of Professional Services functions supporting their own areas and across the University. Based on this feedback, a network of Customer Service Champions hold regular workshops to share best practice and develop ways to facilitate stronger collaborative working across the University.

The survey for academic staff will be open 10 – 21 June 2019.

As a thank you, you will be provided with the option to enter a prize draw upon completion of the survey. Participation in this draw will not be linked to your anonymous feedback provided.
