Project Registration Forms

Academic colleagues are reminded that for any staff and PGR research either a Project Registration Form or full ethics application is required.

Projects which are one of the following are eligible for Project Registration only:

°Chemistry / Pharmacy / Physics (not using human participants or human tissue)
°Computing / Mathematical / Modelling / Equation-based (not using human participants)
°Creative practice
°Exhibition / Performance / Curation (no contact with audience)
°Engineering or mechanical-based (not using human participants)
°Library / Desk based research
°Programming (not using human participants)
°Review of data held publicly
°Review of published literature
°Robotics
°Systematic review
°Collaborator on project with other (HEI/NHS) ethics

All other types of research require a full ethics application.
